The housing also has opening for sampling and is provided with the orifice valve mounted in the vicinity of the base of the cylindrical chamber made in the housing and in part bounded with the rotatable plug. The device comprises piston mounted for permitting movement in the rotatable plug in the direction to and off the bottom.
