FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves perforating cortical layer near the shoulder joint capsule. Canal is formed in humeral head sponge. Hole is drilled in cortical layer under articular cartilage preparing bed for subchondral focus. Tuberculosis mycobacterium culture is introduced on hemostatic sponge into the prepared bed with trocar.
EFFECT: creating tuberculosis model successively propagating from subchondral focus; avoided mycobacterium scattering and washing-out.
