FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely orthopedics, and can be used to treat the initial stages of aseptic necrosis of the bone of the femoral head and neck. An incision of the skin and dissection of the underlying soft tissues in the projection of the base of the large trochanter of the femur are performed. Then, under the control of an electron-optical converter, a trocar with a needle for bone biopsy is carried out through the base of the femoral neck into the area of the focus of aseptic necrosis of the head or neck, after which the trocar is removed and 4-6 ml of autoplasma enriched with platelets is injected into the area of the focus of aseptic necrosis with the help of a needle. Next, the needle is removed from the bone and autoplasma is additionally injected in a volume of 0.5-1.0 ml with filling of the biopsy channel formed after needle extraction.
EFFECT: method provides a rapid pronounced reduction of pain syndrome in the area of the affected joint, as well as preventing the progression of the pathological process in the bone tissue of the head and neck of the femur, and subsequently, in the articular cartilage, due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
