FIELD: mechanical engineering; railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems designed for supplying pneumatic devices of railway vehicles with dry compressed air. Proposed plant has compressor with drive engine controlled by pressure relay, two adsorbers with upper, lower and side inputs, pressure main line connecting compressor through cutoff valves with adsorbers, supply main line connecting upper inputs of adsorbers with group of reservoirs providing natural cooling of air and furnished with separator-accumulator of condensate with scavenging valve, dry air main line connected through other cutoff valves to adsorbers, and control unit. Plant is made for delivery of hot air from compressor to one of adsorbers at each cycle of operation of plant. Dry air main line is connected through normally-open cutoff valves to side inputs of adsorption, and pressure main line connects compressor with lower inputs of absorbers through normally-closed cutoff valves.
EFFECT: improved safety of traffic.
