FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: method is used for determining parameters of flow for efficient designing of comparator's working wheel. Total pressure is measured by means of rotating probe and static pressure is measured is measured simultaneously by rotating probe. Then after the probe is stopped the static pressure is measured again. Referred speed is found from relation of measured pressures. Actual total pressure, temperature of flow's braking; critical sonic speed and speed of motion at relative motion are found. Values of both pressures are measured by means of pipes which are brought in close contact with their side surfaces to provide thermal contact between the pipes. Intermediate technological procedures are excluded which procedures relate to influence of centrifugal forces of air columns inside rotating probe.
EFFECT: improved truth of measurement.
