SUBSTANCE: during data transfer at alternating speed excessiveness is introduced to receive repeat symbols. Data of repeat symbols are sent with symbols energy, scaled in accordance with data transfer speed. If alternating data transfer speed is below nominal data transfer speed, then symbol data is received at nominal symbol energy, and excessiveness is abolished due to gating of transfer of portion of transferred symbol data, determined in accordance to data transfer speed at alternating speed. Receiver for data transfers sent at alternating speed uses excessiveness in flow of sent symbol data for forming of correct estimate of transferred symbol data.
EFFECT: simplified control over processes of encryption and decryption in data transfer channels at alternating speed.
