FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has external interface of modulator, which performs convolution of received signals with multiple-beam spreading. Single converting processor, which operates on the basis of time intervals, demodulates each convoluted multiple beam signal. Output signal of converting processor is output to maximal value detector and pipeline processor. Said pipeline processor, which also operates on the basis of time intervals, combines demodulated multiple beam signals and performs their further processing in order to produce soft solution data for decoding interlacing and error correction in interlacing decoder in order to restore received data. In addition device has interlacing encoder, modulator and transmission adder for modulation of data to be transmitted by means of extended spectrum.
