FIELD: apiculture.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with early-spring treatment of bee families. The suggested method for stimulating biological viability in bees deals with the impact upon brood chamber space with bees with the help of cold plasma flow. The source of cold plasma should be replaced above the channels along slotted lattice being fixed above the upper planks of brood chamber lattices. This impact should be conducted for 15 min both in the morning and in the evening. Equipment suggested to fulfill this method includes the source of cold plasma consisting of high-frequency generator, its output is loaded onto low-voltage wrapping of a plasmotron. High-voltage wrapping of a plasmotron is connected with an irradiator with its one end in case of its another free end. The irradiator is designed to be with multi-specular sharp ends covered with silver layer. The innovation suggested enables to increase viability in bees at the period of early spring.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of stimulation.
