SUBSTANCE: viewing wheel has passenger seats 1 positioned for rotation on carrier members 2, devices for applying counteracting force against rotation of passenger seats, and counterweights coupled to passenger seats. Said devices are made in the form of damping means, magnetic or frictional. Magnetic damping device has reactive braking member formed as disk 4 rigidly connected to passenger seat, and permanent magnets 5 arranged at both sides of disk and fixed on carrier members.
EFFECT: simplified construction and increased entertaining effect.
