SUBSTANCE: viewing wheel has passenger seats fixed on carrier members for rotation relative to the latter. Viewing wheel is equipped with device, which counteracts rotation of passenger seats and is equipped with members connected to passenger seats or their shafts of rotation, kinematic binders with flywheel or self-adjusting couplings.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by preventing cabins from collision to thereby improve comfort for passengers.
