SUBSTANCE: viewing wheel has passenger seats fixed on carrier members for rotation relative to said members, magnetic damping devices designed for preventing passenger seats from rotation and equipped with members kinematically connected with passenger seats or with their rotation shafts.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in damping vibrations of passenger seats and in preventing cabins from collision at strong wind gusts to thereby improve passenger's convenience in viewing wheels of any type.
