FIELD: sorbents.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for regeneration of hydrocarbon absorbents? for example moisture/glycol absorbers, which are used to extract water steam in installations for drying of natural and oil gases and treatment thereof before transportation. Process of invention comprises withdrawing charged absorbent from absorber, passing it to stripper, withdrawing absorbent solution from the bottom of stripper and heating it in furnace under pressure providing liquid state of solution, and passing solution into bottom part of the stripper. Process is characterized by that solution heated in furnace is preliminarily transferred into heat generator wherein stream is accelerated and twisted, after which is introduced into bottom part of stripper above level of liquid therein and hindered to release heat in the bottom part of stripper, while pressure of solution is equilibrated with that in stripper. Liquid stream of hot absorbent is introduced into bottom of absorber and gas stream into its middle part. Temperature in bottom part of stripper is maintained by consumption of absorbent with the aid of thermogenerator.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption, increased concentration of absorbent, and reduced amount of recycling absorbent to achieve required temperature.
