FIELD: heating of fluid media, mainly media presenting fire hazard; heating of natural or oil gases, hydrocarbon condensates and other technological flows.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on use of heat of burning of fuel and flue gases for heating circulating intermediate heat-transfer agent, as well as on use of heat of flow of gases at counter-flow relative to medium to be heated. Intermediate heat-transfer agent is evaporated by fuel combustion heat; gases of combustion products are diluted by vapors of heat-transfer agent; fluid medium is heated by gas mixture, after which gas mixture is cooled by cold flow of fluid medium being heated condensing circulating intermediate heat-transfer agent from it and returning it for evaporation. Prior to heating fluid medium, gas mixture is passed through fire preventing nozzle. Intermediate heat-transfer agent is returned for evaporation by gravity in condensate column to jacket and/or to nozzle. Part of heat of intermediate heat-transfer agent is used for domestic or technological needs. Liquid heat-transfer agent is evaporated by fuel combustion radiation heat through heat-exchange surface. Device proposed for realization of this method has housing divided into two chambers by means of half-blind plate: primary chamber for recovery of waste gas heat and secondary chamber for use of furnace space radiation heat through heat exchange surface. Device is also provided with nozzle and sleeve mounted in secondary chamber forming jacket together with housing for intermediate heat-transfer agent which is connected with half-blind plate by liquid line. Mounted above half-blind plate is coil for intermediate heat-transfer agent condensation; inlet for fluid medium to be heated is provided in upper part of coil and outlet is provided in its lower part. Evaporating nozzle is mounted under heat pick-up coil in space under half-blind plate. Evaporating nozzle is provide with liquid distributor which is connected with half-blind plate by liquid line through adjusting unit. Heat pick-up coils are 150 mm and lesser in diameter.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
