FIELD: packing equipment, particularly to pack toxic, explosive and fire-hazardous materials.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus to pack hazardous materials in triple packages including two polyethylene inserts arranged one inside another and put into barrel involves barrel supply conveyer, material conveying system provided with accumulation vessel and metering means and barrel filling means. The barrel filling means comprises transport container reciprocating in vertical direction between loading pipe and barrel. The apparatus also has two insert sealing mechanisms. One sealing mechanism adapted for remote inner insert sealing is provided with evacuating means to remove air from inner insert interior. Above evacuating means has disc with through orifice and rubber chamber displaceable in vertical direction. The rubber chamber communicates with air pumping and evacuation units. Apparatus and remote inner insert sealing mechanism are arranged in sealed chamber provided with two telescopic modules for barrel movement inside the chamber.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of inner insert evacuation, possibility to pack material in impact-safe and dust-free environment with elimination of material exposing to light, possibility of remote material packing and sealing.
