FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tackle blocks furnished with devices. Preventing drop of load in case of breakage of one of wire rope spans. Proposed twin rope tackle block twin rope tackle block has movable case 1 and fixed case 2 of blocks with reeved-in two wire ropes 3 and 4, some ends of which are secured on drum 5 of winch an others, on equalizer 6 installed on load trolley 1 for thrusting of one of levers against frame of trolley 11 in case of breakage of one of wire ropes 3 or 4. Shock absorber 7 is installed on each lever of equalizer 6 from outer or inner side of wire rope fastening unit, made in form of rod rigidly secured on lever square to its longitudinal axis and terminating on other end in ball interference fitted in tube. Said tube can engage by outer end face part with frame of trolley 11.
EFFECT: improved reliability of tackle block.
