FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry particularly to shop equipment used for pouring beverages from a pressurised container into bottles. Device has a body inside of which there are supply canals with elements for connecting to the lines supplying gas and beverage respectively from a pressurised container and axisymmetrical cavity having three tandem annular chambers. The first and the third chambers have the gas and beverage supplying lines connected. Downcomer is secured vertically in the lower part of the body and has a sealing on the source side of the open lower butt, the internal cavity has a discharge channel connected with the second annular chamber of the body cavity. There is a three-way cock in the axisymmetrical cavity of the body that is made as a hollow valve with radial through holes with a possibility of longitudinal out-in traverse with the handle and fixation in three positions. One of the supply canals in two of these positions is connected with the discharge channel and in the third position it is connected with a possibility of disconnecting all the channels. There is a foam suppression assembly in the downcomer cavity that is made as a nozzle with an axial through channel, cylindrical part with a spiral escape channel on the outside surface and a convergent shank end. There is a throttle valve installed in the body which is connected with the through axial channel of the nozzle by means of entrance channel and the mechanism of clamping the bottle mouth to the escape channel.
EFFECT: device has reliable performance and simple technical maintenance.
