FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry, in particular, to retail equipment and may be used in devices for pouring beer and/or other foaming and\or carbonated beverages from an isobarometric vessel into an open container (glasses or mugs) in retail trade kiosks, shops, restaurants and bars. The device includes a detachable accumulation vessel for beverage, a body having an axisymmetric socket with elements for tight installation of the accumulation vessel spout therein, a tap for beverage draining installed in the body (the tap inlet hole connected to the body axisymmetric socket hollow) and a support whereon the device body is placed. The body is equipped with a detachable transitional pipe with elements for its installation (with one butt-end) in the body axisymmetric socket while attached to the pipe other butt-end is a detachable cap with an axial hole and elements for tight installation of the non-standard spout of the detachable accumulation vessel therein; the detachable accumulation vessel is equipped with a plug or a reverse valve with a calibrated hole positioned in the vessel bottom or is represented by a disposable beverage container designed in the form of a PET-bottle. Additionally, the device is equipped with a set of detachable caps to the transitional pipe; the caps have various sizes of their inner hollows for various non-standard spouts of the disposable container and various elements for the caps attachment and a needle for puncture of the bottom of the disposable container having a calibrated pointed tip. The body is placed on the support so that to enable the body detachment from the support.
EFFECT: proposed invention technical result is as follows: the device design simplification and its operation reliability enhancement as well as ensuring the possibility of usage of not only a special detachable accumulation vessel but a disposable standard and non-standard plastic container as a detachable accumulation vessel.
