FIELD: fat-and-oil industry, in particular oil production from hydrobionts.
SUBSTANCE: target product is obtained by oil isolation, separation and purification. Prior treatment waste is ground to obtain particles with size of 3-5 mm. Oil isolation is carried out by two-step alcohol extraction. In the first step extraction is carried out with isopropanol under stirring and heating up to 60-80°C for 20-60 min in isopropanol/raw materials ratio of 2:1-10:1. In the second step extraction is carried out with ethanol at room temperature and ethanol/raw materials ratio of 0.5:1. After each step alcohol is distilled and residue is centrifuged to separate non-lipid admixture. Before target product encapsulation semi-finished product is separated and cooled.
EFFECT: bioactive food supplement containing vitamin A and polyunsaturated fatty acids; squid oil of improved quality; method with increased yield.
