FIELD: oil production, particularly to stimulate hydrocarbon recovery from wells.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least two electrodes arranged in wells drilled in filtered zones of productive beds and electric current pulse generation system. The device is also provided with serially connected alternate current generator, controllable alternating current-constant current converter, charging unit and electric power accumulation unit. The electric power accumulation unit output is linked with the first inlet of electric current pulse generation system. Charging current control module is also provided. Charging current control module is connected to the second inputs of alternate current generator and charging unit by outputs thereof and, besides, to serially connected electric pulse amplitude and shape control unit and unit adapted to form electric parameters of well electric stimulation pulses. Output thereof is connected to the second input of electric current pulse generation system, which output is linked to electric pulse amplitude and shape control unit input. The electric pulse amplitude and shape control unit outputs are connected with corresponding electrode outputs.
EFFECT: increased and localized energy pulse transmission in productive bed due to electrical stimulation pulse parameter forming and electrophysical rock property changing during energy transfer to productive bed.
