FIELD: hydrogeology and oil industry, particularly enhanced recovery methods for obtaining hydrocarbons by electric current application.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electric current pulses to productive reservoir and bottom zone of two adjacent wells. Said action is carried out by a number of various electric pulses in the following order: alternating current pulse, rectified current pulse, shock pulse having the same polarity as rectified pulse, rectified pulse having reverse polarity and shock pulse having reverse polarity. Device comprises corresponding electrodes arranged in at least two well bottom zones, power source and voltage changer. The voltage changer is autotransformer with thyristor switch. It comprises two inverse-parallel connected power thyristors linked to pulse creation and control unit clamps. The pulse creation and control unit has inputs linked to power supply circuit. Pulse control unit may provide continuous observation of pulse shape and intensity. Pulse control unit is arranged in said unit and is linked to electrodes installed in wells.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified oil recovery from oil-productive reservoirs.
