FIELD: artillery armament, in particular, gyroscopic devices of artillery guns.
SUBSTANCE: the gyroscopic device is installed on the gun on a movable base fastened on the gun fixed base by two flexible solid or hollow crossed rods. The mentioned rods are fastened in the point of crossing on one of the bases and have a sliding joint to the other base, i.e. the gyroscopic device is installed on the gun both with possibility of its plane-parallel movement in three mutually perpendicular directions, and with possibility of rotary movement near these directions. After damping of vibrations arising at a shot the gyroscopic device returns by the flexible rods to the initial position.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of fire and prevented failure of the gyroscopic device.
