FIELD: weapons.

SUBSTANCE: damping device of artillery navigation instrument relates to weapons, particularly to towed, self-propelled and other artillery pieces. Proposed device comprises upper and lower platforms, two V-like plate springs fixed on the lower platform and furnished with lugs, radial plate spring with brace to thrust against the upper platform front end face, and crosswise coil springs. Upper and lower platforms are linked up by two swivel parallel motion mechanisms. Upper and lower links of parallel motion mechanisms are formed by bars fixed along the platform edges with the help of ledges, while two pairs of levers fix inclined links. Opposite ends of rear lever lower axles are linked with the help of centering tube fitted thereon with total clearance with respect to bars equal to maximum relative shift of platforms.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements and artillery fire.
