SUBSTANCE: device comprises unit for receiving and transmitting information, pulse transformer, and code information medium. The primary winding of the pulse transformer is connected with the output of the unit for receiving and transmitting information, and the secondary winding is connected with the medium of code information. The code information medium comprises voltage shaper, conditioner of input information, conditioner of transmitted information, and second microcomputer. The secondary winding of the pulse transformer is connected with the input of the power voltage shaper, input of the conditioner of input information, and output of the conditioner of the transmitted information. The input of the second microcomputer is connected to the output of the conditioner of input information and input of the conditioner of transmitted information.
