FIELD: railway transport; rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail vehicles, particularly, to structural members of bogies, such as units connecting frame 1 of two-axle bogie with main frame or with intermediate frame of four-axle bogie of vehicle. Unit contains articulated lever mechanism 2 connected frame of two-axle bogie with main frame or with intermediate frame of four-axle bogie in longitudinal direction, flexible mechanism 3 connecting frame of two-axle bogie with main frame or with intermediate frame of four-axle bogie in transverse direction. Articulated lever mechanism contains two longitudinal tie-rods 5 with rubber-lined hinge joints 6 at ends. Each tie-rod is secured by one end 7 on frame of two-axle bogie with displacement from vertical cross plane of symmetry of two-axle bogie, and is connected by other end 8 on end of equalizer 9 installed on pivot of main frame or intermediate frame of four-axle bogie over end beam of two-axle bogie for turning in horizontal plane. Flexible mechanism in form of cylinder is installed in transverse direction in middle of two-axle bogie on cross beam 11. Two springs are installed on movable stops in said cylinder, one of which is stiff, with free travel before beginning of compression, and the other is of low stiffness with preload. Housing of cylinder is secured by hinge joint on frame of two-axle bogie, and its rod is secured by hinge joint on main frame or on intermediate frame of four-axle bogie.

EFFECT: improved qualities of bogie, reduced overall dimensions and weight of unit.
