FIELD: power engineering; steam turbines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for removing moisture from wet-steam turbine blading. According to proposed method, outer surfaces of guide vanes are heated to temperature exceeding saturation temperature of main flow of steam entering the stage by passing heating steam along inner spaces through inlet and outlet holes. Excess of guide vane surface temperature over saturation temperature of steam entering the stage is chosen to be lower by 10°C, minimum. Moreover, used as heating steam is wet steam, and section of outlet hole of guide vane inner space is chosen to be smaller than section of inlet hole basing on condition of full condensing of heating steam.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of removal of moisture from channels of guide vane assembly of wet-steam turbine stage, reduced erosion wear of working blades and increased economy of turbine.
