FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: fixed vane of wet steam turbine contains a solid body with inlet and outlet edges, concave and convex surfaces forming the profile of the vane. Internal cavities are made in the vane. Through internal cavity from the side of the entrance edge is formed by a recess in the one-piece body and a concave wall forming one part of the concave surface. Inner cavity on the outlet edge side in the peripheral zone of the vane is formed by a recess in the one-piece body covering the element forming the other part of the concave surface, a radial rib having a height of 0.15–0.25 of the profile height and a horizontal rib connected thereto having a length of 0.2–0.4 vane chord. Fins are formed integrally with the integral body and seal the cavities sealed. Through internal cavity is connected to the intervane channel by at least one through slot provided in the peripheral zone of the concave wall by 0.35–0.45 of the profile height and at an angle of 0–5° to the normal to the profile. Inner cavity is connected to the intervane channel, at least one through slot provided in the cover member at an angle of 25–35° to the tangent to the profile.

EFFECT: proposed design of the vanes makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the moisture removal from the surfaces of the guide vanes and in the intervane channels, which provides an overall increase in the efficiency of the steam turbine and reducing the risk of erosion wear of turbine components; also reduces the material intensity, increases the vibrational reliability and improves the technological design of the fixed vanes.
