SUBSTANCE: method to intensify processes of fuel burning includes supply of the primary air and the secondary air, swirled by swirlers of the first stage and gaseous fuel repeatedly swirled with swirlers of the second stage from a gas header via many radial gas nozzles, which is mixed with the opposite flow of the secondary air, and a liquid fuel by means of a nozzle into a burning zone. At the same time the air flow speed is reduced, as well as the speed of the developed gas and air mixture by two stages of swirler plates, and the high-quality gas and air mixture is formed by the fact that a part of radial gas nozzles with a diameter from 1.0 to 7.5 mm is upstream the second stage of swirler plates, the second part of gas nozzles - between them and the third part - downstream swirler plates, and also due to the angle of opening of a torch, which prevents flame breakthrough inside the burner or flame breaking-off. Triple-stage mixing of the air flow with the gas flow makes it possible to produce the highly efficient gas and air mixture, and reduction of the speed of air and gas and air flows by means of two stages of swirler plates makes it possible in time to implement full burning of gas.
EFFECT: highly efficient and safe burning of fuel, its saving, reduced hazardous exhausts to atmosphere, higher efficiency of boilers and reduced costs for their maintenance.
