SUBSTANCE: flare burner contains a cylindrical housing with a pipe for ignition device and for the pilot burner flare control device, installed in the housing cavity coaxially and the ring gas manifold with interchangeable nozzles protected by the screen, the tubes channel axes of which are directed at the sharp angle to the burner axis plane, the gas supply pipeline, the adjustment air duct, formed by the central hole of the ring gas manifold and controlled by the swirler therein, in the cylindrical housing, in place of the ignition pipe location there is an additional pipe, connected to the controlling nozzle, the housing of which is connected by the tube through the needle valve with the ring gas manifold and gas supply pipeline, and at the output from the end face hole of the controlling nozzle body, disposed in the additional pipe, there is the flare control sensor, which does not respond to the flare of the pilot burner, at that the injecting nozzles for the air are performed at the side body surface of the controlling nozzle and the turning valve is installed.

EFFECT: safe fuel combustion.
