FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises diaphragm whose surface is provided with the strain-measuring bridge and capacitive sensor. The signals from the outputs of the capacitive sensor and strain-measuring bridge are fed to the inputs of the subtracting unit trough the amplifying and adjusting units. When sound pressure acts on the diaphragm, the sound pressure occurs at the output of the capacitive sensor, and pressure of sound occurs at the output of the strain-measuring bridge. The subtraction of the signal at the output of the capacitive sensor from the signal of pressure of sound in the subtracting unit yields at the output of the subtracting unit a signal that contains information on the static excess pressure.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
