FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of samples, registration and measurement of mass spectra of tested matters. Samples are prepared for analysis by transforming carbon into phullerain molecules. When conducting mass-spectrometric measurements, the relations of peaks of intensities are registered in characteristic molecular mass-spectra of phullerains. Occurrence of isotope 13C is calculated from formulas of binomial distribution of multiplicity of values to be measure.
EFFECT: improved sensitivity of measurement.
