SUBSTANCE: method includes following operations: initiating of operation; dispatching routing information SRI for external GMSC to HLR for requesting roaming number of called client; returning virtual roaming number from HLR to external GMSC, and commutation of call with SSP node of an intellectual platform in accordance to virtual roaming number; initiating of operation SRI to HLR by SSP node containing virtual roaming number in message; address information initialization 1A1; after making sure that number in SRI operation is authentic virtual roaming number, assigned previously, returning operation from HLR to SSP is performed with data concerning actual number of client, appropriate for roaming number; client signature information CSI of intellectual network client, appropriate for actual client number in SSP; enabling by SSP node of service logic on basis of CSI data and commutating call to VMSC center, appropriate for called client.
EFFECT: improved billing system of intellectual mobile communications network.
