FIELD: material crushing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: cone crusher has housing and cone-shaped belts fixed within housing and equipped with liners incorporating drive crushing cone fixed on main shaft. Lower end of main shaft is fixed with eccentricity within eccentric sleeve on bed, and upper end is fixed on traverse above upper cone-shaped belt. Surface of crushing cone is made curved and defined by rotation of tractrix around its asymptote, and surface of lower cone-shaped belt consists of two zones, namely, conical rectilinear zone and conical curvilinear zone formed on back tractrix directed with its convexity toward crushing cone. Inner lower diameter of conical curved zone is selected to be no less than inner upper diameter of rectilinear zone and outer lower diameter of crushing cone, whose liner is beveled in vertical plane. Lower plane of conical curved zone of lower conical belt is set above point of intersection of vertical line and lower point of curved line of crushing cone liner by distance at least equal to two eccentricities.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of crushing materials.
