FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to vertical rotary crushers with vertical shaft. Proposed crusher comprises support frame accommodating crushing chamber housing with cover furnished with guide branch pipe arranged inside said housing. Cover inner surface accommodates disk case with ring with its lower edge covers the rotor top zone. Rotary drum comprises top disk with crushed material intake hole, lower solid disk and accelerating guides with replaceable vanes arranged there between. Lower solid disk comprises flange to joint rotor with vertical shaft top extension, vertical shaft running in top and bottom bearings. Upper bearing support represents vertical radial bearing assembly. Lower bearing support represents gasostatic bearing assembly with thrust bearing. Said thrust bearing represents spherical layer rigidly jointed with the shaft. Thrust bearing interacts with spherical thrust beating of support frame furnished with central branch pipe and accommodating mechanical transmission of vertical shaft drive and whereto air feed system is connected. Crusher housing is a stepped structure. Top stage embraces the rotor and incorporates inner tangential beaters that form peripheral bins to retain crushed material. Crusher chamber lower stage bottom has crushed material discharge hole. Crusher incorporates separator of crushed material to separate in into fractions. Note here that is incorporates bin with additional discharge hole to let material out from additional screen.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency, and quality of crushed material.
