SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes swivel member articulated on cover coaming and engageable with twin brackets secured on cover by means of clamps. Swivel member is made in form of cylindrical body filled with heat-transfer fluid and provided with movable rod with drive made in form of bellows from memorized-shape effect material.
EFFECT: reduction of time and labor consumption for opening the hatch cover at rescue operations.
