FIELD: machinery building, particularly partly collapsible rubber-and-steel hinges.
SUBSTANCE: rubber-and metal hinge comprises rubber bush connected to hinge pin by curing or adhering thereof. The bush has bead arranged from one side thereof and having height and thickness of not less than half of rubber bush wall thickness. The bead is inclined towards rubber bush mass and extends at 5-30° angle from right angle relative hinge axis. The bead projects beyond the finger for length equal to 25-65% of bead thickness.
EFFECT: increased cycle life in the case of coaxial torsion and permanent radial load application.
