FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport mechanical engineering, in particular to the construction of the joint with an elastic member used for the production of resistant stabilizer lugs and steering ball joints. Hinge comprises a body, a metal sleeve, the outer surface of which is formed as two truncated portions of a sphere or of two truncated cones connected by a base, or in the form of two data pieces, interconnected by a cylindrical portion and a layer of elastic material covering the head pin, and if necessary the locking device. Outer layer of the head pin is made of plastic or a composition on its base, which is connected with its metal part integrally. On the inner surface of the polymer layer and the outer surface of a metal head part there are fins or finger bulges and grooves. Outer polymer layer is made in the form of two releasable liners. On the outer surface of the head of the polymer there are fins or protuberances and depressions.
EFFECT: technical result: reduction of axial and / or radial movement of the inner sleeve, as well as increased resistance to the hinge breaking load and to the coaxial and / or end curl.
