FIELD: mechanical engineering; devices for anti-vibration protection of the facilities of different designation.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the dynamic vertical vibrations damper containing an inertia component fixed on the object of protection by means of a resilient component. The dynamic damper in addition contains a guiding jacket and fluoroplastic gaskets. The inertia component is made in the form of a chamber with a filler, and the guiding jacket is made in the form of a chamber, the inner surface of which meets the outer surface of the chamber of the inertia component. The guiding jacket is rigidly fixed on the object of anti-vibration protection. The inertia component is placed in the guiding jacket with a capability of interaction with the inner surface of the guiding jacket through the fluoroplastic gaskets. Technical result of the invention is an increased effectiveness of damping of vibrations in the more wide range of the being damped frequencies under conditions of high humidity and temperature difference.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased effectiveness of damping of vibrations in the wide range of damped frequencies under conditions of high humidity and temperature difference.
