FIELD: oil, gas and other industries; absorbing pressure fluctuations and hydraulic impacts in tubing during handling the working medium by means of oil-well pumps. SUBSTANCE: pressure stabilizer has casing 1 with connecting branch pipes 2; casing is sealed by means of packing rings 3. Casing embraces central pipe line 4 having perforations 5 forming expansion chamber where dampening members are located which are made in form of sectional flexible pipes 6 of elliptical cross section. Flexible pipes are blanked off at their ends by means of rigid rings 7 and sealing gaskets 8; cavities of flexible pipes are filled with elastodampening material 9 in form of metal chips and oil-resistant rubber.
