FIELD: means of individual protection, in particular, production of armor panels for armored vests, as well as for light protection of equipment, helicopters, pilot's seats and armored vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: the armor panel has two armor plates of layers of aramidic fabrics or mats impregnated by synthetic resin, connected to a honeycomb panel placed between them. The honeycomb panel is made of paper with a synthetic impregnation. The panel honeycombs are filled with aramidic fibers or composition based on elastomers. The outer surfaces of the armor plates are connected to layers of polyurethane of cold hardening.
EFFECT: reduced beyond the obstacle shift, enhanced distributing and damping properties not below the fourth class of protection at a height stiffness of the structure and low weight.
