FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for manufacturing of large-size and other accessories from nonmetal materials for arrangement of lemniscate inlets in it, spinners of fairings, coverings, engine nacelles, etc. Technical result is achieved in method for manufacturing of large-size polymer accessory, which consists in the fact that the first negative nonmetal block is made, for this purpose its nominal surface is treated to obtain working surface that is equidistantly lowered compared to nominal surface. Then layer of urea resin or polyurethane is sprayed onto working surface and exposed to mechanical treatment to size of nominal surface of the first negative block. Afterwards anti-adhesion composition is applied on it above layer from urea resin or polyurethane. Then positive block is made according to surface of the first negative block, for this purpose a layer of urea resin or polyurethane is spayed onto finished first negative block, layer of glass plastic is applied, moulded and hardened in vacuum bag. Then positive block is removed from the first negative block, and positive block is used to make the second negative block. For this purpose a layer of urea resin or polyurethane is sprayed onto finished positive block, then layer of glass plastic is applied, moulded and hardened in vacuum bag. At the same time the second negative block is used as accessory.

EFFECT: reduced metal intensity, labour expenditures and cost in production of accessories, and also reduction of weight, increase of resource, improvement of manufacturability compared to metal accessory.
