FIELD: chemical equipment used in different industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the chemical equipment used in different industries, in particular, to galvanizing baths. The galvanizing bath includes a body made out of polymeric materials with heating elements. At that the body is made multilayer out of the polymeric materials composing a heterophasis system with the located inside it black-reinforced plastic electrical heaters and temperature sensors. The method provides for deposition of a protective layer on the model of a bath of a thermoplastics solution or either polyurethanes of a cold curing, or a chemically-resistant compound, on which in its state of a gel formation is applied a carbon fabric with the following hardening. Then they form a sealing layer, inside which the black-reinforced plastic electrical heaters, the sensors are placed atop of the uncured sealing layer they place the load-bearing elements and harden the sealing layer, fill in the space between the load-bearing elements with a foamed compound, shape a constructional bearing layer. The technical effect: possibility to control the technological parameters of the galvanic production in the strict given temperature ranges, compactness, unification, maintainability and durability of the equipment.
