FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for technologies of electro-mechanical engineering, engineering and production of three-phased asynchronous and synchronous devices.
SUBSTANCE: three-phased two-layered electro-mechanical winding having 2p=14c poles within z=60c grooves with grouping of coils in accordance with row 3 3 3 3 3 3 2, repeated further for 3c times, is made of 3p=21c coil groups with numbers 1Γ,... 21(c)Γ, with serial and matching connection of groups in phases and average step of concentric coils across grooves being equal to value yc=4. In accordance to the invention, in first grouping 1Γ,...7Γ groups 2Γ,5Γ with groove step values being equal to yg=4 group 2Γ has (1-x)wc,(1+x)wc, wc coils, group 5Γ has wc , (1+x)wc, (1-x)wc coils, and in concentric groups 1Γ,3Γ,4Γ,6Γ with groove step values being equal to ygi=6,4,2 groups 1Γ,6Γ have wc,wc,(1-x)wc, groups 3Γ,4Γ - wc,(1+x)wc, (1-x)wc coils. Group 7Γ for groove step values being equal to y'gi=5, 3 has (1+x)wc coils. Distribution of not even-coiled coils with coils unevenness coefficient being equal to value x=0,55, as described in detail above, is repeated for each following grouping of coils in accordance with aforementioned row, while c=1,2,3.
EFFECT: decreased differential dissipation.
