SUBSTANCE: device can be used in hotel TV systems for allocating payable TV usage. Remote control device has first flip-flop, second AND gate, third AND gate, master oscillator, counter, multiplexer, 10 buttons, second flip-flop, first permanent memory, second permanent memory, IR receiver. Channels can be switched while taking time of watch into account for any kinds of TVs, which are provided with IR, port for controlling channel selector.
