FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for manufacture of capsules-seed carriers for application of nutrient and/or protective mixture to seeds of various crops, such as cereals, which may be used in food-processing, pharmaceutical industry, medicine etc.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hoppers for basic granule-forming components and seed hopper with movable bottom having openings. Apparatus is further equipped with following parts arranged according to process cycle between hoppers for basic components and drier, said parts including mixer for basic components, extruder with flare and spinneret, cutter, and rounding device. Bottom of seed hopper is connected with flare or mixer through seed guides. Seed hopper is equipped with bottom protruding beyond thereof, and has slit for spilling seeds onto protruding part of hopper bottom. Bottom openings are provided in its protruding part. Flare has openings at the side of extruder outlet for connection to seed guides. Number of openings in protruding part of seed hopper bottom is equal to number of openings in flare. Rounding device is made in the form of disks having circumferential through opening for discharge of capsules-seed carriers. Disks are arranged concentrically and in spaced relation with respect to one another. Upper disk is positioned for rotation and lower disk is made immovable. Gap therebetween does not exceed seed size. Seed guides are manufactured from elastic transparent material. Drying unit is made in the form of drying chamber - inclined box. Seed hopper bottom is positioned for progressive reciprocation.
