FIELD: agriculture, in particular, devices for applying nutrient mixture onto seeds of different crops. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two hoppers 1 for feeding nutrient mixture, hopper 2 provided with slide valve and positioned between hoppers 1. Hopper 2 is adapted for storing seeds and is provided with drill 3. Hollow drums 4 with hemispherical cells 5 are mounted under hoppers. Cells 5 have holes 6 and are covered with rubber rings 7. Cavities of drums 4 are divided by blades 12 into chambers 1,2,3. Holes 6 are alternately communicated with chambers 1 and 2. Pneumatic pump sucks air from or delivers air into these chambers. Nutrient mixture is delivered from hoppers 1 into cells 5 of drums 4. When pneumatic pump is actuated, air is sucked through holes 6 to form hemispherical halves of capsules 15. Both halves are pressed between drums 4. Air delivered by pneumatic pump through holes 6 facilitates pressing and ejection of capsule 15 from cell 5.
