SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of petroleum industry and natural gas industry, in particular, to resonance screen shaker for drilling mud fluid cleaning. The resonance screen shaker for drilling mud fluid cleaning consists of: a base; a fame mounted with the help of the dampers; screen plates fixed on the frame; a device of variation of a tilt angle of the frame; a feeding chute; a vibration exciter mounted on a beam fixed to the side pieces of the frame. Between the vibration exciter and the beam there is a mounted spring, stiffness of which together with stiffness of the dampers in a direction of vector of vibrations of the frame and the mass of the frame is defined by the ratio C + Ca·n/M = ω², where C is a stiffness of the spring, H/m; n - a quantity of dampers, in pieces; M - the mass of the frame, in kg; ω - a resonance angular frequency of the frame vibrations, in radians/s. The windings of the vibration exciter are connected to the mains supply through a frequency converter made with a capability of the electric current frequency change, and on the frame there is a sensor of vibrations connected with a device for control over a frequency converter and its output is connected to the channel of control of the frequency converter. At that the device for control over a frequency converter is made with a capability of operation in two modes: the mode of a manual adjustment of the frame vibrations and the mode of an automatic keeping of the preset values of the frame vibrations. The technical result of the invention is an increased stability of maintenance of a preset value of vibration acceleration of the frame of the resonance screen shaker.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased stability of maintenance of the resonance screen shaker frame preset values of vibration acceleration.
