FIELD: devices for cleaning drilling fluid; construction of oil and gas wells.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibrosieve includes bed plate, frame, vibrator, shock absorbers, sieve cloths secured on frame, device for control of angle of inclination of frame and receiving bin with feed chute. Bed plate is mounted on shock absorbers; frame is connected with bed plate by means of elastic members of similar length which are made in form of rods or plates; elastic members are mounted at angle to level equal to angle of inclination of vector of frame directive oscillations from vertical; total rigidity of elastic members is selected according to mathematical expression. Vibrator is made in form of electromagnets whose stators are secured to bed plate and armatures are secured to frame; electromagnet windings are connected in parallel and are connected to power supply line through control unit which changes repetition period and amplitude of disturbing force created by electromagnets. Oscillation sensor mounted on frame is connected with control unit which operates in two modes: manual adjustment of frame oscillations and automatic maintenance of preset oscillations.
EFFECT: increased vibration acceleration of frame with no increase in vibrator power; automatic maintenance of preset oscillations of frame.
