FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: HF vibration sieve with power saving vibration drive of resonance action for intensive mud cleaning and sludge drying contains a bedplate, frame vibrating with secured on it changeable sieve cartridges, linear oscillations vibrator installed on the plate secured on the power pipe with end flanges, connected to the vibrating frame sides, four springs on which the vibrating frame is installed on the bedplate, holder of sieve cartridges on the vibrating sieve, device regulating inclination angle of the vibrating frame, gate with control gear, tray with drain windows for cleaned mud located in the bedplate, mud intake tank with input flanged branch pipe for mud supply to the vibration sieve, and with output shelf with holes for mud uniform distribution through width of the sieve cartridge receiving mud for treatment. Linear oscillations vibrator is installed on the vibration frame such, that angle between the sieve cartridges surface and straight line of force action of the vibrator is 45°. The liner oscillations vibrator is made in form of single-cycle resonance vibrator with the solenoid drive. The vibrator is made based on the pulling type solenoid with possibility of the armature oscillations of the single-cycle vibrator relatively to its stator with oscillations amplitude up to 15 mm. The solenoid is connected to power network via the control device of the single-cycle vibrator made with possibility of formation of the amplitude adjusted DC pulses with frequency 50 Hz. Pulses amplitude can be adjusted within set range, where the actual oscillations amplitude of the vibrating frame corresponds to the design oscillations amplitude of the vibration frame determined preliminary by the equation X=Z:W2, where X is oscillations amplitude of the vibrating frame in m, Z is set vibration acceleration of the vibrating frame in m/s2, W is angle speed of oscillations of the vibrating frame in rad/s, here W=2πf, where f is oscillations frequency in Hz. Total weight of the vibration frame with weights of the sieve cartridges, sieve cartridge holders, weight of the stator part of the single-cycle vibrator is by 7 times below the total weight of the armature part of the single-cycle vibrator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of mud cleaning.
