FIELD: coal-mining industry; methods of the run-of-mine coal dry concentration.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of the run-of-mine coal dry concentration and may be used for the run-of-mine coals concentration. The method of a run-of-mine coal dry concentration includes a preliminary separation of the coal for the low-ash and the high-ash classes. The low-ash classes of coal are subjected to crushing with the following screening by a bolter of the first step of the coal concentration, the size of meshes of which is in 1.25-1.35 times less, than a maximum size of chunks of the material gained at the output of a bucker. Then the tailing of the bolter of the first stage of concentration is subjected to separation by density using a jet pneumatic classifier for a rock directed into a dump, and the coal-concentrate shipped to a consumer. The underscreen product from the bolter of the first step of the coal concentration is sent to a bolter of the second stage of the coal concentration with the size of meshes in 1.25-1.35 times less than the first one, where form the tailing of the second stage of concentration, separated by the second classifier by density for the rock directed to the dump and the coal-concentrate mixed with coal of a first step and shipped to a consumer. The underscreen product from the bolter of the second step of the coal concentration is fed to the bolter of the third step of the coal concentration. At that the concentration process is iterated in the subsequent steps. The final underscreen product with a fineness of 0-0.5 mms joins the mass of the coal-concentrate of the previous steps of concentration. The high-ash classes of the preliminary concentration either are shipped to the dump, or they are subjected to the crushing process with the subsequent treatment similar to the treatment used for the low-ash classes. The technical result of the invention is an increased efficiency of the dry concentration of the coal with the ash content not dependent on the coal size classes.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased efficiency of the dry concentration of the coal with the ash content not dependent on the coal size classes.
