FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to coal mining and can be used for dry concentration of raw coal. The method of processing raw coal consists in process of coal selective crumbling, and in preliminary selecting into low ash and high ash grades. Following preliminary selection on riddles, coal with lowered contents of ash is subject to separation by size and density into low ash and high ash grades by means of jet pneumatic classifier; after that low ash coal (concentrate) is loaded to a consumer. Further according to one of versions the rest higher ash grades are mixed with a product with high ash contents received after preliminary riddling and are subject to selective crumbling, are separated by size and density by means of the jet pneumatic classifier into low ash coal (concentrate) loaded to a consumer and high ash product sent to dump. According to yet another version high ash grades left after pneumatic classification and after preliminary separation on the riddle are subject to separate selective crumbling and to succeeding selective separation by size an density at the jet pneumatic classifier, whereupon low ash product is sent to a consumer, while high ash product is sent to dump.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of process of concentration of raw coal.
